About Panel Brook Hub
Registered Business
Official name: Panel Brook Hub Co., Ltd. Established: 2019 Registered office: Office 11, 62 Placeholder-gil, Dong-gu, Busan 00000, Republic of Korea
How We Began
Panel Brook Hub started when our founder, a former bank archivist, noticed a gap among acquaintances in Busan who held digital assets in cold storage but kept records on loose sheets of paper. Banks had decades of filing conventions; self-custody holders had none.
In 2019 we opened a small office in Dong-gu with two desks, a binding machine, and a commitment to treating UTXO logs with the same care institutions give to physical ledgers. Word spread through local holder meetups, and by 2021 we were preparing history summaries for clients across South Korea and several overseas holders with Korean family ties.
Our Approach
We work entirely offline on your documents. No cloud uploads of your records, no requests for seed phrases, no wallet software installations on our machines. Chain data enters our process only through exports you provide from public explorers.
Each archivist on staff has completed our internal twelve-week course on UTXO structure, change-output identification, and estate-readable annotation. We favour clarity over volume — a twenty-page summary that an heir can follow beats a hundred pages of raw txid dumps.
The Team
- Min-jun Choi — Lead Archivist, former Shinhan Bank records department
- Yuna Hwang — UTXO Reconciliation Specialist
- David Okonkwo — Client Intake & Binding
Values
Accuracy over speed. We would rather ask for a missing page than guess at an output reference.
Your keys stay yours. We have turned away engagements that required private key access.
Records outlive devices. Paper ledgers do not suffer firmware updates or discontinued apps.
Community
We host quarterly ledger-keeping workshops at our Busan office (announced in the Journal). Attendance is free for existing clients.
