Consultation engagements: Names, contact details, physical or scanned records you provide, and correspondence related to your engagement.

We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.

2. How We Use Data

Respond to consultation requests
Perform contracted archival and notekeeping services
Send appointment confirmations and deliverable notifications
Improve website content based on aggregated analytics (if accepted)

3. Legal Basis

Under applicable Korean privacy law, we process data based on:

Contract performance (consultation services you book)

Contact form enquiries: 24 months unless an engagement follows
Engagement records: 7 years after completion, or per your written instruction for earlier deletion

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

Printing and binding vendors (engagement deliverables only, no chain data beyond what you approve)

6. International Transfers

Our primary operations are in South Korea. If you contact us from abroad, your data is processed in Korea. We use no third-country cloud storage for client documents.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing contact@panel-brookhub.click. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea.

8. Security

Client documents are stored in locked cabinets at our Busan office. Digital correspondence is kept on encrypted local devices. We do not operate client-facing cloud portals.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date.
