Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2025

Overview

This policy applies to consultation fees paid to Panel Brook Hub Co., Ltd. for UTXO notekeeping, cold wallet history reviews, ledger setup sessions, and offline consultations.

Cancellation by Client

Offline Consultation & Ledger Setup

More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund
Within 48 hours of appointment: No refund; you may reschedule once within 30 days
No-show: No refund

Cold Wallet History Review

Before work begins (deposit only paid): Full deposit refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled intake
After work begins: Deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-engagement, you pay for work completed (prorated by address count reconciled) plus any printing costs already incurred
After draft delivery: No refund; minor corrections are included, major scope changes are quoted separately

Cancellation by Panel Brook Hub

If we must cancel your appointment, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice. If we cannot complete an engagement due to unreadable records beyond the quoted scope, we refund the unused portion and provide a written explanation.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer reversal) within 14 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Registered mail delivery fees once shipment has occurred
Additional bound copies once printed
Materials purchased specifically for your engagement (custom dividers, labels) once ordered

Rescheduling

One free reschedule per booking if requested more than 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules within the 48-hour window are treated as cancellations.

Disputes

Contact contact@panel-brookhub.click with your booking reference. We aim to resolve refund requests within 10 business days.

Deposits

Cold Wallet History Review deposits (40%) are applied to the final invoice. Unused deposits are refunded per the cancellation terms above.
