We provide UTXO notekeeping consultations, cold wallet history summaries, ledger setup sessions, and related archival services as described on our website. Service scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in individual engagement letters or booking confirmations.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your records and address history
• Never share private keys or seed phrases with our staff
• Supply chain data only through public explorer exports or watch-only sources you control
• Review draft documents within agreed timeframes

4. Intellectual Property

Bound reports and custom ledger templates prepared for you are yours upon full payment. Our website content, internal methodologies, and training materials remain our intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are documentary and advisory. We do not custody assets, execute transactions, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party chain data you provide. To the maximum extent permitted by Republic of Korea law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. No Financial or Legal Advice

Information on this website and in our reports is for informational and educational purposes. See our Not Financial Advice page. We are not licensed financial advisors, tax preparers, or attorneys.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your records as confidential. We do not upload client documents to cloud services. Physical records are returned or destroyed per your instruction after engagement completion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busan, South Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
